    We’re based in New York City and proudly serve the surrounding areas. Not sure if you're in our service zone? Just reach out — we’re happy to check!
  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
    Nope! As long as we have access, you don’t need to be there. Many of our clients provide a key or entry code for convenience. Your privacy and security are always respected.
  • What’s included in a standard cleaning?
    Our standard clean covers: Dusting all surfaces Vacuuming & mopping floors Cleaning bathrooms & kitchens Trash removal and general tidying You can also add extras like inside oven, fridge, or windows.
  • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
    Yes! We bring all the tools and eco-friendly products needed for the job. If you have specific products you’d like us to use, just let us know.
  • How do I book a cleaning?
    Easy! You can book online, send us a message, or call/text us. We’ll confirm availability, give you a quote, and get you scheduled in no time.
  • Can I set up recurring cleanings?
    Absolutely. We offer flexible scheduling — weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Recurring clients also receive discounted rates!
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
    Life happens! We just ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee.
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and e-transfers. Payment is due before the cleaning unless otherwise arranged.
  • What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
    Your satisfaction is our top priority. If something’s not right, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right — no extra charge.

Payments Accepted

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)

  • Cash (due at time of service)

  • E-Transfers (details provided upon booking)

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made. For recurring cleanings, we offer secure, automatic billing for your convenience

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 late cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be billed at 50% of the service cost.
